As the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) within the AVLC Group, AVLC Global Consultants serves as the primary gateway for accessing investor funding and channeling these resources to group companies, ensuring that all investments are deployed strategically and aligned with each company's vision and growth objectives.

AVLC Global also focuses on advancing financial inclusion by facilitating access to capital for SACCOs, MFIs, and digital credit providers that serve underserved and high-growth market segments. Building on a successfully implemented World Bank-funded SACCO model, AVLC has secured mandates to raise over USD 300 million through debt, equity, and grant structures. These mandates also include marginalized and blue-economy-focused products, with potential integration into the carbon credit ecosystem through strategic partnerships.

Asset Recovery

A guided recovery and reunification service for eligible unclaimed assets and their rightful owners.

AVLC acts as a trusted intermediary between asset-holding institutions and clients, supporting the return of eligible unclaimed assets to rightful owners through a documentation-led process.

How AVLC Supports the Process

Handles paperwork and coordinates approvals needed for recovery.
Engages clients and asset holders or financial institutions to obtain verification documents.
Engages UFAA on the client's behalf to support approval and recovery progress.

Structure and Timing

Application and agreement execution.
Ownership verification and KYC collection.
Formal document submission, review, approval, and transfer.
Estimated turnaround is 30 days for direct applicants and 90 days for other applicants after verification.
